So since starting my keto journee i’ve been looking for easy and delicious ways to make it easyer. this cake is one of them.
It’s made with coconut flour but can easely be made with almond flour instead. As almond flour can be quite expensive i’ve also been looking for places to buy them for a good price. If your european like me you can order them on notenshop.nl i find it’s the best place to buy these ingredients at a good price.
- 120 gr of coconut flour (1 cup)
- 100 gr of butter (1/2 cup)
- 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop op stevia or eritherol
- 200 gr cream cheese (i used philadelphia)
- 6 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 2 egg whites
- sukrin powderd sugar
beat the egg whites till stiff and gradually
add the powderd sugar.
bake 30 min on 180°C (356°F)
*i used a calculator to go from grams to cups
so i dont know how accurate it is. if you know
the correct information please let me know.
